The windows look very nice. We have no problem with them, but the company itself was not at all pleasant to work with!

West Coast Vinyl makes their own windows and uses their own installers, who were very nice and professional, but the office itself was horrible to work with, making the overall experience bad.
The salesman, who stayed for hours despite promising up front that he wouldn't 'sell' to us, gave us an immediate 30% off, and another small pressure incentive to sign the contract that day. They must have quite a mark-up to try to impress you with your immediate 30% off 'deal'!
