my windows were installed four years ago and have a 100% ten year hermetic seal warranty by Alside. Three window seals have failed in this shot time. The window seals are poor quality.

Had eleven windows installed in August 2005. This year I had three windows with hermetic seal failure, the seals are warrantied 100% for ten years. However,the installing company refuses to replace the window seals without cost to me.
