Our windows are ten years old, not sure if they are 9500's or not but the argon has disipated and the window have fogged. The air infiltration through the sash is amazing even with putting film on the windows in the winter I need to continually heat and shrink the film or it will sag due to the pressure of the outside air coming through.

They were reasonably priced but I lost money due to having to replace the 27 windows I originally purchased. I can't even figure the utilities lost due to the air infiltration duing the winter.

The window is fine. Its the full screen. The tabs you use to put in and take out the screen is hel in place by the spline used to hold the screen. heat loosens the spline enough to make the tabs useless.

Very easy to install, nice smooth movement, very nice windows, would get them for my own home.
The prices were unbelievably reasonable. I was going to go with Atrium and changed my mind, very glad I did!
