I've had these windows in my house for almost two months, so far they have been great. I've ordered these windows with energy efficient package the installer recommended and was told I am qualified for a tax credit. Also I am getting lifetime warranty on these windows. Overall I feel I got a great deal.

The window is a basic window without energy efficient qualities. I have had the windows for three months and have not had difficulties. I like the mechanism that one can engage to be sure the window only opens a small amount...nice for upper level windows.

Horrible experience with the sales company. Bait and switch tactics were used and I was ultimately scammed. I was shown and sold a Crystal 200A series window with energy efficient qualities and superior construction and locking mechanism. A lower quality window was ordered and installed by Homefix. It took a week of exhaustive daily communications to come to a resolution. They took $2000 off my order. I would not recommend the company based on the misleading sales practices.
Price Information
I paid $6800 for 14 windows for a basic builder grade non-energy efficient window, $2000 was then taken off this price. So ultimately I paid about $345 per window installed.
