They promised a window set at a certain height, but did not deliver. The window itself is quite nice, but they just didn't install it as we requested. The salesman was very nice and promised that it would be perfect, but of course he was blowing smoke. When we complained that it looked nothing like our bid they sent a different person out to apologize, but did nothing to fix it. I would not use these guys to anyone. I'm sorry to write that, because they are a respectable company, but they really did a bad job here.
