I purchased 13 Harvey windows in 2003 and in 2008, I had to replace 7 windows because of broken seals, locks. They did honor the warranty, but it cost me $80.00 for the repair person to replace windows. This year, I have another window with a broken seal and have to pay another $80 to have it replaced. I am afraid that I received defective windows.
