Windows fit poorly, when latched move approx. 1/4" vertically, move horizontally also, not a good fit; installed by unskilled labor, one person telling them how to do it, a waste of money, drafty, ill fitting, a stapled piece of plastic would do a better job; I've been in 'QUALITY' over 25 yrs; these windows fail miserably in form, fit, functionality, & durability. duralibility.

i replaced all windows in my house with farley.i have a broken frame and windows leaking.also they brand theses windows farley under other names also kaykan and kaytec.they say the frame is not covered under waranty
Installed by clearveiw windows and doors of
they meassured the windows and installed them they were to small for the rough opening .I had to get home inspector to get them to put them in correct build the rough opening smaller so the windows would fit proper and not leak water or air. They tried to foam them in and leave they put them in three times befor home inspector made them do it right be aware of installers.

After a recent purchase and installation of replacement Farley Windows, I have seen that they allow water to leak into the house. If water leaks air may leak, too. Farley Windows seems to be content that it's OK for their new windows to leak water due to the poor design of the window drainage mechanism. Maybe, Farley Windows of today is not what it used to be.
