The three windows(2) double hung,(1) awning are perfect fit for the house. Operation of windows is smooth and the one awning style is great with the fold away crank handle.

Daniel and Jarred did an excellent job.Placed clean tarps in the rooms and hall way. Vacuumed after and checked for stray nails. Would never know they where there. Told us of any problems.Thanks again for a great job.

I HATE these windows, you should save you money and just get the vinyl. The frames sweat so bad the wood is molding around them, which is not covered under warranty. I even have ice forming on the frame the representative told me its because I have curtains!Unless there is a fan blowing directly on the window its covered in condensation, rep said your humidity has to be under 30% to stop it. So if you lower your standards of comfort, dont mind fans running all the time, then i guess they might be ok

Beautiful windows, great efficiency, but More expensive than the other companies we looked at. We replaced vinyl windows that started to fail after 5 years. Our old windows fogged up and 2 latches broke. We looked at Pella, Marvin, and several local vinyl companies. After having vinyl windows that failed prematurely, we decided quickly that there was little difference from one vinyl company to the next. The higher quality wood windows were expensive, and we did not want the maintenance and possible rot issues associated.

The installers were on time and did a great job. I was impressed by how well they worked as a team. They installed all of my windows in one day. When they were done they dusted and vacuumed each room and removed all the debris outside.
We researched six window companies and Renewal by Andersen was the last company we looked at. Their price was higher than the vinyl and fiberglass window companies we looked at, but lower than the high priced wood windows we saw. In my opinion they are well worth the price we paid.

My wife and I must have been lucky. Our experience with RbA was outstanding from the first sales call until the final installation. We purchased 2 standard glass sliders, one standard window, and 2 very large picture window with both fixed glass panels and casements. We replaced 40 year old aluminum frame sliders. Granted we havechad a mild winter in New England, but our house has been warm, cozy, and quiet since the completion of the job

Installers were excellent. Im an architect, and I can tell you this three man crew were perfectionists. The job took 2-1/2 days, exactly as RbA had promised. Every window was measured perfectly, and the waterproofing,caulking, were done with great care, working from scaffolding for the large units I was never asked for one dime more than the quoted price, and that included all the trim work, removal of the old units. And clean up. We could not have been happier
Our salesman was very thorough and professional, and made it quite clear UP FRONT that RbA would not be the least expensive solution. You get what you pay for. I priced out the doors eg at Home Depot, and the price incl screens and hardware was plus/minus the same. With RbA you get one accountable contractor fpr theENTIRE job.....no fonger pointing at another guy. Im sorry to read so many negative reviews. Maybe the other RbA francisees should talk to their countearts in Northboro MA

I have 10 of these windows in my home and so far so good! I did pay close to 13k for the windows, but i already wasted my money 3 yrs ago on vinyl tht i purchased from a reputable vinyl company...i looked at Andersen 400 series but wasnt really interested in the wood, plus this model u would have to get a contractor from what i was told. The sales presentation was definitley longer than i expected, but was very informative. I have experienced other contracting companies for my roof and kithen and had so so experience's...i can say the windows were the most expensive, but there service is awesome. Installers were very good and on time. There call center was a little obnoxious, but there installation dept. and sales rep was very good. This product isnt for everyone, but im not looking to move netime soon and i think so far it has been a worth while investment.
