This was a terrible experience. Initially I was told the install would happen within 4 weeks, which would mean the end of August. Once the end of October came and I hadn't heard from them, I called and was treated poorly, like I should have expected that the install date wasn't a solid one. I was promised that the windows would be in within 2 weeks, and then was called 1 day before the set install date only to be put off again. It ended up that the windows were finally put in the house in January. That is a far cry from August. The office miscommunicated with the installers, so I was overcharged $500. I had to call 3 times to get a receipt sent to me, at which point they finally acknowledged the overcharge. I have yet to see the promised refund check. Installers came late, left visible gaps between wall and windows. Made an attempt at cleaning up, but I will be picking screws out of the lawn again once summer comes. Avoid Window Concepts at all costs.
