Windows were supplied with a Wilderness Log Home built in 1998. Initially they seemed to be good quality but after 10 years, manyh of the windows have blown seals and have dirt/dust/film between the 2 panes of glass. One sliding glass door has film wrinkle in the corners when the sun hits the glass directly. These windows are advertised as Heat Mirror with Thermal and Solar Control but don't appear to do a good job seperating outside air from inside air and result in cold seeping in. All hardware seems to be adequate. Outside Aluminum Cladding is fading due to sun exposure. Crank-out windows are sagging down on the hinge hardware and don't close/open easily anymore.
