Major problem with thee windows is support. There is none. Kolbe Kolbe has sent reps to our house several times, only to explain each time why they won't support our windows, won't even give us a diagram of the mechanism or tell us how to un-stick a window that won't close. Kolbe Kolbe French Casements are fragile, they will require support, and, if our experience is any guide, Kolbe Kolbe won't provide it. I'd never even think of buying their products again!
