Installed whole house of double hung windows and three sliders in the fall of 2010. Frost between the panes on several (10+) double hung panes, and a trapezoid, plus seal / warpage problems on 2 sliders resulted in replacement in fall of 2014. Less than 3 months after the replacement, the seal on one of the sliders has failed again. Once again, phone calls to the company and the seller are not being returned. Poor quality windows and even poorer service.
