had to beg for them to come back 4 inch long holes in the caulk a half inch wide. Glass everywhere inside the house. Broken section of brick That they refuse to honor there mistakes. After the horrendous customer service i declined to even mention to them the ding in the faucet in the bathroom where they must have dropped a hammer or the leak in a freon line from my hvac where they stood on the line installing the windows. There are many more short comings I could write about from this installer. Nedless to say I would never let them near a home of mine again
