Window Comments

The windows are just terrible in my opinion. They are very drafty and actually freeze during the winter. Some are super easy to open others are almost impossible. There is even gaps you can see through where the two pains meet. Had the manufacture out to talk about freezing issue and he just said to keep the house below 30% humidity and keep the ceiling fans on. He also said that's the nature of double hungs because of all the moving parts.

These were installed in our new build so there wasn't an issue with cleanup and stuff like that. But because of the issues we are having with the windows I believe installation has something to do with it.
