From my research the Okna 500 windows are rated well above average to excellent in all categories, but I just had them installed so it is too soon to tell. Mainly it is all about the install. (see below). I trust Windows on Washington and believe the Okna 500 is a surperb window.

Professional from estimate through installation. No high pressure on estimate. Measured, gave me a price and a bit of background on the company, and answered my questions honestly and freely. Front office handled the details of the transaction flawlessly and kept me informed of the status of the order and called to schedule install as soon as they received them. Set a date and time. Installers called the day of install to inform they would be a little later than expected as they were stuck in traffic. Install went quickly and cleanly. Most impotantly, they took care as if the house was their own. A professional operation from start to finish.
Price was slightly less than a quality window from another reputable company and considerably less than Thompson Creek.
