Price Information
This was my only gripe with the whole experience. I felt like i was buying a used car. 2 diff salesmen gave me the "let me call my mgr" standard discount. They started out at $14k and would not budge.Every other quote was about $8k. I knew we would pay more for these but that was ridiculous. Once i told the 2nd salesman i could not go any more than $10k he called his mgr again and they he said "do it for $11k. If not, then thank him and say goodbye". So that was the final price, but man, it was like pulling teeth! I feel bad for anyone who does not play super hard-ball with them and stand your ground..

They are difficult to operate and the screens retain rainwater so there is virtually no visibility when wet.

Were clean and neat and personable but did not install so as to prevent "air incursion" and filled wood trim nail holes with material that does not accept stain.
Price Information
It played out much like other reviewers have described. It was like buying a car. Both give me a stomach ache and leave me with the feeling that I have been taken advantage of.After much agony, it cost in the vicinity of 10,000 for 7 double-hung windows and a patio door.
