These windows are so drafty and are not sound proof. My windows vibrate when a car drives by or when people are talking outside. I should have kept my wood pane windows. At least they blocked the sound.

Installed the windows poorly. They reinstalled the old trim that was split and they didn't caulk the windows properly. Poor job.

Bought 10 windows after being installed the winter came and wind from the north and all 10 windows whistled. Air comes in from all over. The contractor finally contacted the company and they said they would replace them with the best window. After waiting 3 months the 10 windows where replaced. Now I have 3 that whistle and 10 that leak air everywhere. Then I look up the model number and they are the middle window not the best. Its been 10 days and still waiting to hear from the company. Meanwhile below zero wind chills and drafts all thur the house and 3 whistling window. I would not touch these CHEAP windows again. Wish I still had my old ones at least they did not whistle. Also you can hear a pin drop outside.
