One of the windows had a broken seal.....screw was coming through superspacer, Simonton replaced the sash in 1 wk at no cost.

Simonton Ultra Gold - 35X48 w/super spacer $190.00. $75 per hole standard replacement install. $125 per hole .....awning style windows removed and trimmed with J channel on the outside...inside trim unfinished.
