5 Windows were installed on an sun room addition about 3 years ago. Purchased them from Home Depot. They have held up very well and still look new. The low E and tint do a very good job with the Louisiana heat in the summer. The Locks are not very good quality though but they do the job. It takes some practice to remove the screens to clean the window from the outside but they do tilt in if you want to use some window cleaner on them. As stated below the balance system is operated by a sting but it has held up so far. One was broken when I purchased the windows but the store swapped it out for me.

Windows were very well priced $120 for a 48" x 60" window.

One feature of the window is that it the bottom section tilts forward so you can clean the glass or replace the screen. One month after installation I tilted the bottom section forward and it came out of the tracks that help it go up and down. I noticed the side tracks had a simple string to assist the window going up or down. The track part is poor quality.
