My 7 Soft-lite bottom tier windows are very drafty. $5600 for drafty windows. I will have to upgrade or figure this out. They came and put foam blocks to stop a draft and it helped one area but the middle sash connection along with where the bottom meets is a wind tunnel.

They fired the installer and I am, so far, still dealing with the drafty windows. 3/20/2016. But the company has been working with me to fix the issues. They have been very nice. I do very much appreciate that.
