They mismeasured my window by a total of 16 in. They removed my window and replaced it without telling me it was too small. They also placed the bay on my old rotted bench and covered it thinking I would not notice. When I did notice all of the above as they were installing it, the contractor told me they were not allowed to disclose this info. I had to notice it. They said they would rush a new window & it would be in in 2 wks. 32 days later & I still did not have a window. They failed to cap off the misfit window & only put insullation around it. If you move the insullation you can see inside my house. When I called to complain they were only willing to offer me $375 off which only 10 % of what I paid. They argued with me saying the contract is not void even though my lawyer sais it is. They refuse to give me my money back or even just give me the window so I can have it installed by a different company. It's getting cold & I'm losing heat. This is a nightmare. I am contacting the attorney general & might haqve to take them to small claims court. They are the worst company in the world and I wish I never went with them. I refuse to let them put the new window on my house.fool me once shame on you and I will not have this turn into a shame on me.
