Ahh, run away! We bought 10 windows. In the end the windows were drafty, lopsided, and some of the frames were cracked from being forced in!

They contracted the work out and we got a group of only Spanish speaking men that were wearing torn shirts and reeked of smoke. I was told by the company that it would take one day but they showed up late, took a 3 hour lunch break with other breaks to smoke, and then just left the new windows on the side out the house for anyone to take without telling me. My husband saw them when he got home & we brought them in. The second day they showed up late again and when they found out that two of the windows were the wrong size, they forced them into the opening and caused $800 in damages that they refused to fix. When I wouldn't pay till they fixed it they sent my name into a collection agent and ruined my 780 credit score.
Price Information
I wouldn't take the windows if they were free. I swear what I agreed to buy is not what they brought to install.

This is the most unethical company I have dealt with in 40 plus years of home ownership! Their windows are poorly measured and arrive at your home not fitting. They then try to jerry-rig them to fit the openings and tell you it will be just fine. The install team also damaged my home to the tune of $7000 and are refusing to take any responsibility for this! Tell EVERYONE you know to stay awy from this company. RUN!!!!

The windows are nice looking - we got 12 windows with grids. Leak some air but no frosting over in frigid temps.

Unexperienced. Did not seal windows properly for below zero weather.
Price Information
Very reasonable, stuck by their quote. We bought the better grade of window, 6000 series. Salesman was informative.

They show a cheap $189.00 window, once their in your home. Than it ends up to be $585.00 if you want what you thought they were offering you in the first place, and 5 hours of high presured sales. I'd hate to think what the $189.00 one would be like !

The $ 189.00 Window is only for the Sales person to get their foot in your door. Than comes the HOURS of presure to buy the $525.00 to $795.00 Models Its as going to a Chevy Dealer to buy a Colbalt, and being presured for hours on end to buy a Corvette

Ordered my windows 5/07/2010. Getting the run around. The salesamn MATT LIVENGOOD will not return my calls. Between the Duncansville Company that is listed on my contract, and the New so called store going in Somerset. I can not get and answer. I paid down 1500.00 it is written on the contract 5 to 6 weeks. WHERE ARE MY WINDOWS!!!!!
