We love our new windows! They are beautiful to look at besides how much warmer the rooms feel. They operate easily, have the fold down handles so they don't interfere with my blinds and all in all upgraded the look at value of my home.

We are very disatisfied with our Windsor windows. We live in Minnesota and have had ice build up on the inside of the windows. It is not too humid in our home. The ice causes mold on the bottom track of the window. More importantly, we have had 3 inside window panes break. They exploded with glass flying into our home. The outside panel was fine. This is a dangerous problem with children or anyone near a window!

This is a prime example of a company that is only in business to make a buck. They sell a shoddy product and are unwilling to back their product. They have cause untold hard ship and damage to homeowners and repuditable builders across the country. Look on Bobvilla.com for more on this company

I am a builder and made the mistake of using Windsor Windows and Doors on a project of mine. I have had tons of problems with these windows. The Company has been horible to deal with. I have spent over $100k in repairs to the windows and sliding doors. Windsor told me to move forward with the fixes because they did not have anyone in the area to do what needed to be done on the windows and door. They told me to send in the receipts and they would get me reinbursed. It is going on 2 years now and I have not seen one dime from them. Scott Renke, West Division Sales Manager for Windsor and Lou Lang, who is some kind of manager for the company have been horible to deal with. If you are thinking of buying from this company please feel free to email me and i will be happy to forward pictures of how badly these windows have failed. I would not put these windows or doors in a dog house. If anyone else has had problems with this company or it's products please let me know. I would like to go after them as a group.
