Rules for Replacement Window Reviews! - Please Read
We welcome consumers who have had new windows installed to share their experiences with others. We feel that this will enable us to compile a great deal of valuable information for those facing the decision you have recently made. Between our discussion board and our review section, consumers can learn a great deal in order to make the decision that is best for them.
- Please be as objective as possible when rating your experience.
- Do not use this section to "punish" or to try and bring about a resolution if you have had a bad experience with a company or installer. Share your experience certainly, but try to be balanced.
- If you like your new windows, but were dissatisfied with the install, try and separate out your feelings for the two. Other consumers may value your opinion of the product, but will be using a different installer.
- All reviews will be screened, and any that appear to be false will not be approved.
