Has anyone had uniframe windows installed? How good are they 5, 10, 15 years out? Any problems with leaks, condensation, cracking, peeling, fading, appearance, warranty or any other issues?
Thanks,
Claire

I used to sell and install them. They had great literature, made you believe they'd do everything but make dinner. Looking back they were a tad pricy and still are.
Just recently I looked at an installed job locally and they have indeed improved the product and looks, I was impressed. There test #'s are good and I'd have to move them up a couple of notches on the quality scale. I'm sure you'd be happy with them, but it doesn't hurt to shop and compare overall prices and quality. And don't forget to check references and dealer dependability.

Win2000... You have been awarded the FenEx Good Samaritan Award. We all have are nitches but you devote alot of time to each and every post. Well done!! The award ain't worth much (as I just made it up) but it does give you my personal recognition of not only being a pro in the industry but a damn nice guy.
I'll toss in a free video of "Underwater Basket Weaving Made Simple" to inspire you to continue. Congrats !!!

Aw-shucks, I'm blushing now. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my agent Evan and all those who have helped make this award possible. Thank you-thank you!

I agree with Fenestration Expert.
Lots of people are on here looking for good window advice, and you always seem to have some to give. As I posted the other day, there are several of you on here who are taking your own valuable time (yourself, FenEx, Oberon, etc. etc.) and devoting it toward trying to help those of us who know little about windows. It is much appreciated -- all of you.
