Hello,
My husband and I purchases 8 sliding windows thru Lowes. They are Pella Thermastar windows. 6 out of them need to have their sashes replaced.
We also purchased a sliding glassdoor (Thermastar). The first door had a blemish on it about 4 ft long. Lowes replaced that sliding door. Our builder installed the door and then it leaked. Lowes replaced the whole door, our builder installed it and that now leakes. Lowes referred us to take it up with Pella. That is where we are at at this point. LIsa
