How much should installing replacement windows into openings with stops on the exterior 3 floors up or into a concrete block opening influence price? I currently have an Alside Excalibur quote averaging $396/window for the following. 4 - 40"x60" with interior stops, 4 - 36"x60" on 2nd floor with exterior stops, 4 - 36"x40" 3rd floor with exterior stops, 1 - 27"x30" 3rd floor with exterior stops and 1 - 30"x36" in concrete block with exterior stops. I would like to think I can negotiate down to about $360 per.

With all due respect... you are under $400 per opening... not much room to haggle... why bother asking? Third floor... concrete block openings... I wouldn't encourage a company to put even a midrange window in for under $500 each. Suggest the best contractor through research... and plug them in for the price you are willing to pay and be done with it.
When you spend a little more, you sometimes get what you pay for. When you spend less, you ALWAYS get what you pay for.

I had seen Excalibur estimates on this site for as low as $325/window but assumed my install might warrant a higher price. Just needed some validation.
