The condensation is atmospheric moisture condensing on the window edge. It is cooler at the window edge vs. the window center because the window spacer conducts heat from where it is hot to where it is not (in the winter this is from inside to outside). IG spacers comprised of metal are much worse than those containing non-metal, so windows incorporating Tru-Warm spacer systems are best. Super Spacer is the most popular non-metal spacer system. The reason this happened in the bathroom only is that there is just more moisture in the air in most bathrooms.
