I did ask the salesman but some responses from him were typical sales responses. I told him I had an appointment to see the Plygem window this week and that I wanted to see that before I made a decision and his response was you already saw one and I said I have not. He said it looks the same as this(Gorell 5300) except the lock is screwed from the top as opposed to on the side on the Gorell and he said something else so you have seen one. I didn!t appreciate that, it was pushy to my way of thinking. So I am hesitant to believe everything I was told.
I was surprised because there are people on this forum that sell and are very familiar with this window and I would have thought they would have responded back and denied this was a proiblem if it is not. There was no response so it makes me wonder, if you see the window you will know what I mean.
