Dave, I would go through each window. Make sure it opens and closes with out any struggles or binding. Make sure all the locks operate and seal each window tightly. Make sure all the seals touch high and low. Make sure the sash stays up on the DH units when lifted. It shouldn't creep down. Inspect the interior for any defects or poor craftsmanship. All your trim should be tight and the window should be caulked inside or trimmed off with base shoe or quarter round. The ouside should be caulked tight. NO GAPS. If the wrapped with aluminum. It should be caulked all the way around. Inside and out. Make sure everything looks like you would be proud of it. I'm a critical idiot on caulking. So I take it seriously. No ugly finger trolling to smear everywhere. If you don't like something have them explain. If they say they will come back hold some of the final payment. Hope this helps.
