That is really high pricing. You can definitely get Alside windows cheaper than from Sears. Same windows. Half the price. The same could most likely be said for Simonton (who also make excellent windows, btw). Find another contractor. Also, you can price your Alside windows out online -- http://www.CraftsmanWindows.com ... the pricing is lower there.
