Does anyone have an information on Kensington/Quantum 2 vinyl replacements for use in Nebraska? So much information out there, hard to determine what's what. These windows look solid and well made ( fusion welded, foam-filled frames, for whatever that's worth) but am unable to find a track record/long-term feedback. They would be going into a 50s brick ranch with a huge amount of window area. Current windows are original double-pane (high-tech for '56!) and are in good shape but are hardly energy efficient are poor at reducing road noise on our highly traveled street.
Any thoughts welcomed, need to decide fairly soon.
