Re: cost of job
Only one in that group I'd recommend is Milgard. You should be able to get Simonton amd maybe Anlin or Amerimax. Prices vary regionally and from dealer to dealer. Best advice is to educate yourself using forums like this one and then compare quality and value. A professional install is critical and will cost you more to hire an experienced installer as opposed to a hack. Too often consumer become caught up in splitting hairs on window differences and lose focus on the entire package.

Re: cost of job
Bristol is okay at best. I am not familiar with Cascade personally.
Andersen vinyl (Silverline) is suspect.
Milgard is probably the best of that grouping but I have had issues with their windows from time to time when we dealt with them. QA/QC was a bit all over the place.
I would expand your search.

silverline is suspect is an understatement.i think its truely at the bottom of the barrel along with pela thermastar vinyl windows. expand your search and pay the extra for quality. it will be much CHEAPER in the long run.
