Architects Select Vinyl Windows

#1 Post by mjcichan »

I had windows installed back in 2007 from a local contractor. The windows are Architects Select and they have a lifetime warranty. Is this company still in business or did my lifetime warranty end when the company ended?

Do you know who the manufacturer is? That is a bit of an overused term when it comes to a "series" or specific namesake on a window.

I agree with Eric.
Do you have more info.
Where is your warranty paperwork?

I have the paperwork from the contractor and a brochure about the windows. I called the phone number on the brochure and it is a different company and they do not honor the warranty. So, the lifetime warranty is only good for the life of the company. If the company fails so does your warranty!!

Yes, the warranty is only good for as long as the company exist.

What is the problem with your windows that you are seeking a warranty claim?
