I’d agree sash reinforcement is typically a good thing but Simonton muddies the waters when they change there air infiltration ratings depending on the dp package by adding drainage holes. I think the 9800 , as well as some of the top performers are beefy enough To withstand sagging and screw pull out without the reinforcement. I do agree that some Windows would be best to have reinforcement all the way around including the frame. I did notice that Atrium now has reinforcement standard on there lower end series but still have a dp25.
