I install windows and doors for many years, but it’s a specific project, must have no stucco brake, so any suggestions would be helpful

Wayne is correct. The only thing you can do is to cut a definitive kerf between the frame/trim and the stucco to minimize any of the transfer of the energy from the removal.
Many times we will recommend a stucco cut back on the exterior and then install a new PVC trim of a suitable size and seal the stucco back to that. That seems to be the best of both worlds.
