46.5" x 10.5" Horizontal Slider Window - Replacement
I'm looking for a 46.5" x 10.5" Horizontal Slider Window to replace the one in my bathroom. I see this window all around the area in 90% of the houses (even ones built by other builders) and for the life of me I can't find a replacement. All the window sales people tell me that I can't replace it with a slider and must go with a picture window. Can anyone help me? Point me in the right direction as to where I can get a slider replacement?

Are looking for a 2 lite or 3 lite slider?

You will have to check around with several suppliers. 10.5" is really short and below the 12" mins for most folks.
By us, Polaris can usually make a shorter unit and you might have better luck with a thermally broken aluminum window that isn't subject to the size constraints that a vinyl unit welder is forced to conform to.

That’s even below the minimum for Don Young’s aluminum.
You’ll probably have to look to the lower-end manufacturers to produce a window that size since it will require thin frames, which are typically flimsy.
