I just had two sets 8' Neuma French doors installed today by an authorized dealer. They're less than 6 hours old (installed) and 2 of the 4 blinds are already having problems. They won't lower properly and one of them is uneven, it's about 4 inches higher on one side when trying to raise it. Already starting to have regrets. Hope the warranty provides better blinds.

We had water damage from our sliding doors at our condo in Hilton Head two years ago. We took them out and installed Neuma doors after speaking to several of the other condo owners. They still look brand new and we have not had a drop of water. My only complaint is that they are so tight when you close them we can't hear the ocean any more but it's worth the peace of mind.

Considering that each of these posts are Post #1 from each party, it sounds like a rinky-dink company arguing with a highly unsatisfied client (both posting disingenuiously).... Just an observation, but I'd run for the hills... :shock:
