I know this has nothing to do with windows but does anyone have any opinions on any of the gutter guard systems out there? Or know of any good places to do some research? I'm having difficulty finding good info other than the marketing that the companies' produce.

Yes....they are expensive if you buy them from a gutter company.

I think Gutter Helmet was getting $20+/ft....ouch.

Reverse curl systems are okay but depending on where you live, will clog. Drop in filters (depending on the type) are garbage and can shrink.

The stainless steel mesh type filters are my favorite.

Thanks for the response. I heard similar thoughts on the reverse curve systems which is why I'm trying to find as much info as I can.

Is this kind of what you're talking about?

Anyone have any opinion on these?

I put the Leaf-Proof XP system on my house 2 years ago and have been pretty happy with them.

Thanks. I appreciate the recommendation. I'm having a hard time finding a company that can install a micro-mesh guard and was considering one similar to the one you have. They seem to get decent reviews as well.
