I have been doing my due diligence for quite some time on garden windows. Had decided on a Sunrise window, only to be put off the contractor who came to give me a bid. I decided at that time to take my business elsewhere. More research. Came back to wanting a sunrise window, so I called Sunrise to complain about the contractor representing Sunrise's product line. They were helpful and apologetic, putting me in touch with UBS who represents Sunrise's product line. They gave me a name of an installer who worked out great. I have had my window in less than a week and love it! I have been quite conservative in my grading of this window until I have it for a longer time period.

Very professional. Received my bid with no games, gimmicks. Bid came in almost $1,000 less than originally bid. Window arrived. Arrived on time for install. In 3 hours I had my new window installed and they cleaned up after themselves!
Based on all the research/comparison work I completed, I believe the bid was better than almost every bid I received from other companies/products, same product/different company. Felt comfortable and not like I was being nickled and dimed for every aspect of the job. I would have them back for future work.
