Good glass openings (i.e. narrow sashes). So far, good insulation (down to 35 degrees at night). Good colors inside and out.

Good customer relations. 14 windows, two stories, in one day, including wrapping. Clean, attentive to detail. 2 installers.
Broke out labor vs. material costs for Energy Tax Credit: 5750 materials. Included two larger windows requiring tempered glass in lower section.

Windows are POORLY made! All leak cold air! The company will not comply with the warrenty. The installation process went fine. Its the manufacturing quality of the window that is the problem. I will NEVER buy again!

Windows should insulate well, work properly, look good, all at a good price. Alside Excalliburs did it for me.

Outstanding installation of 28 windows on my home. Barely had to touch up paint on inside trim. All window frames insulated and caulked. 3 people, 2 days, all trash hauled away. Fantastic!
28 windows, 7 sills wrapped, and outside brick mouldings replaced where needed for $11,800, or about 420/window installed.

This window is reputed to be 'good', and really does look nice in our existing wood frame and operates well, but so far an NOT pleased with them. Professionally installed and all 19 windows leak cold air. Only was currently to remedy is to cover ALL seams with painters tape. Am trying to get company to address issue. Will update when/if problem solved.

Would have expected above problem IF installed by home owner, not by professionals.
