The windows seen to be okay, however the installers did not caulk the windows therefore rain entered my home and my walls are falling apart. Can I gewt help with this problem??

They forgot the caulking and didn't replace the frames

Required a reinstallation because of poor work the first time. Damaged my kitchen granite countertop and have not responded to requests for insurance information. Are not licensed in my area to even do this work.
I was qouted $4975 for 12 Gold Series Windows which were to be energy star compliant and contain low e glass. They continued to tell me these were the specs on the windows until well after installation when I asked for proof of energy star compliance for my taxes. They sent me an energy star sticker. I asked for more proof. They stopped talking to me. Later, they acknowledged to the BBB that the windows were not energy star compliant.

Windows are extrememly poor quality. Glass in a large bay window was damaged. Screen was the wrong size in another window. Three of 5 windows needed repair within months of installation. Security feature that prevents the window from being opened beyond a certain point allows outside air into the house.

Installers left a mess. One cut himself and then bled all over the window without cleaning it up.
Windows are apparently second-quality, though they are priced as first-quality merchandise.
