The windows in my house were replaced in 2007. Installation was great, and the windows were great. I called them during the warranty period to replace one of the screens, which they did. My complaint is after the warranty expired, some of them fogged up between the glass, and I called Champion a few times leaving voicemails each time. Champion never called back. I called them yesterday, wanting them to stop sending me sales brochures, was transferred to someone else, and left another voicemail. No return call.

the cost of 10 windows installed in 2007 was over $10,000. Window are a poor quality, I don't notice any reduction in heat loss or outside noise. Company moved from Long Island to Rhode Island, Impossible to get a hold of. I have a broken pane of glass which a rep came and looked out and stated it was due to defect in glass installation, it would take 7 wks to have it replaced. It is now almost 4 mos later and still no replacement. I tried calling the company, and was informed they had no record on file showing a rep came and ordered new window. Spoke with a rep on his personal cell phone (no number listed for the company). I was told it would take another 7 wks to have window replaced. If I wanted to, I could have the pane repaired on my own. Why should I pay to have some one local replace glass when it is covered under warranty. I am so sorry I dealt with this company. Also when the originally installed the windows they installed wrong size grids. I may have to replace some of the windows they installed with Anderson replacement windows. I'm sorry I didn't know go with Anderson from the beginning.

Found out later on that their prices were much higher than other companies.

The windows are fine, but the whole ordering was a headache.I thought the salesman did a great job, explaining everything. Smooth talker.

The installers didn't lay a drop cloth on floor. I'm still finding screws, bolts. The left without cleaning the windows. I told them they were dirty.The salesman promised to give me a full yr of glass cleaning products.Fast talker, they never called to see if I was satisfied.I'm still waiting for the glass cleaner.
Not really, except that the sales manager told me they made my custom windows, Not true, they had to order from Anderson.It took 3 1/2 weeks to place my order,due to their Prompt service. I should have canceled, but I didn't. I don't recommend this company from Schereville,In.

Windows are great but the customer service is the worst. All promises have been broken. They failed to order all the windows. All the grids were mismatched. Install was to be 4-6 weeks after ordering but took 12 weeks to get in and an additional 3 weeks to schedule the install and didn't show up.

The installers knew what they were doing. Unfortunately they were installing mismatched windows months after the order was made.Installers had to return to replace the original installed windows with corrected ones(multiple).

Before my purchase of Champion windows my electric bill on average billing run between $400 plus; Texas summer tempts 102-110 and higher outside, inside my house the temp 86 and 88 with the air conditioning set at 75-76 continually running.

My installatioin was done by one man, so far I have no problems with the installation.
Pricing was compatible with other companies in the area.
