An important part for selecting these replacement windows was the Warranty. It was explained to us that if the windows were broken they would be replaced "Free" of charge for how ever long you owned the home. 4 years after installation, we discovered a small crack in one window. Champion now tells us, they will order it for free, but if we want them to deliver and install the window there is a charge of $99. This is a single hung window and the crack is in the fixed portion of the window. This needs an experienced person to install it. Result. Don't believe Champion, when they tell you to fix your windows is free. It's deceptive. To order the window is free, but if you want it delivered and installed expect to be charged.

We wanted to replace 21 windows and were quoted $29,000. The price decreased to $17,700 with incentives. The window sample was beaufiful, but the sales pitch turned me off. The salesman was very pushy. I was ready to purchase but his sales pitch really unnerved me. I felt as if he would not leave my house unless I signed the contract. He stayed for 3 hours and 15 minutes. He offered us a $1,000 incentive that would expire if we did not sign immediately. Too bad - I loved the window but the salesman was a huge turnoff. I really questioned his integrity by the end of the night. His disposition changed and he started to become very terse and wouldn't directly answer our questions. He wanted us to sign the contract and hurry up already.

Windows are terrible for noise reduction and way overpriced.

Installer was actually good
I was told they were comparable in price and high quality windows. Both are lies. Basically their quality is builder grade at best with possibly worse sound reduction.

Champion Window customer service stinks. I have been dealing with them since early May on current warranty issue for 2 windows. Only one has been replaced and this happened yesterday. Service manager never takes any call, is always 48 hours to return phone calls and every service call is booked out 3 to 6 weeks.
