Poor quality control. Bought 7 windows and one of the locks was only half installed. Frame and sash was to be foam filled, but they were not completely filled. Mfg. states due to air pockets formed during mfg. process. Not enough insulating material at top and bottom sashes (middle of window) allowing air infilteration and forming condensation. Would not recommend.
