Installed by PELLA. Auburn hills of MI
We purchased the fiber glass casement windows. They all have condensation problems & we have been told that we have too much humidity in the house. We have no humidifier on our furnace and we run a DEhumidifier! The inside caulking has separated after one winter and you can feel the cold air. Customer service is nonexistent and we have been ignored! Thank goodness we didn't use PELLA for total replacement! $8,000 down the drain!!! Don't use PELLA!!

Allows bugs and dirt in requiing cleaning every time a slide is opened.

Installers put in 9 windows anddamaged sills, walls, light fixture, sink counter, clothes dryer. Have to fight for repairs to property. Got Renewal By Andersen to do the rest of the house (12 windows). Not a single problem with installation and a very superior product that works well and has robust locks.

I've had Pella Impervia installed in my home for five years now. They still look brand new. They will outlast me, I'm sure. Unless you're looking for top of the line wooden windows, for design purposes, I can't imagine why anyone would buy a vinyl replacement window. These fiberglass Impervias are fantastic. Maybe they cost a bit more, but you will never have to replace them. I will check back in in 15 years.
