Right side Screen track defective, track non existent at the top right hand side, causing the screen to fall out when the screen is raised to the upper window position.

They were a bit on the messy side and did some minor damage: dropped something on the outside wood deck steps which took a small chuck of wood out on a step, the caulking was a bit messy
Price was good; but service slow (6) out of (10) windows have the screen issue, Installer company owner came and looked at the issue two weeks after the problem was intially reported. Was told he would have to call Polaris. I am being told a Polaris tech needs to come look at the issue, (2) weeks later I still have not even received a courtesy call from Polaris or a call to schedule the tech. Not happy with the customer service.
