Didn't pass City Inspection. No caulk in unseen areas, gaps in the wrap & not flush with exterior house wall, poor clean up of glass, putty, box cutter blades, fingerprints, etc. Boken security lights during installation. No response from Sears after they cashed my check.

5 windows-one a 3-part picture window and 4 basement windows for $4284. (I guess you get what you pay for. Crappy workmanship.)

I had a lot of companies come and show me their products and in my opinion Sears was above them all. They were all custom made to 1/16", the low-E coating is baked into the glass, 100% Argon gas, PVB seal between the panes of glass instead of rubber, and it always stays in place, no more propping it open with a stick.

These guys were awesome!!! Very friendly and courteous with respect to our home. And they were done in no time.
The price was a little higher than others, but you are definitely paying for what you get. Usually between $600-$900 a window.
