I had somonton windows installed by home depot..I payed a lot of money over $6,000. they are suppose to be protected by the cold air. The windows are freezing. and so is the window ledge. I am very dissatisfied my bedroom window and ledge is freezing. never get above 62 degrees...nothing wrong with my radiator..its just very cold when I stand near the window and place my hand on the window ledge...I guess I got took from home depot.
