We had 16 windows replaced & also custom sliding glass doors. The garden window is absolutely beautiful. They also put in a new bay window to replace a picture window. They were put in less than a month ago, but we can definitely tell that the house is warmer. Our old windows were 23 years old & leaked a lot of cold air.

They did a beautiful job & tidied up afterwards.
We paid cash, so we got an 11% discount. Their price was pretty close to the three other quotes we got.

The window leaked only a few months after installation and we have waited 10 months for them to replace it. We have gotten excuse upon excuse. Finally after 8 months, they came to replace it with a window that was defective. So now we still wait. They do not return our phone calls or acknowledge their error. More excuses. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
